Drop into an immersive day of nourishment, stillness, nature and community as we welcome the return of the sun and the renewed energy it brings with it.
Hosted by Nadine Brown, Ruth Pirie and Raewyn Fernandez, these three strong women hold a vision to weave a circle of sacredness so that you can explore ritual and the rhythm of our own cyclical nature. All with the intention of bringing sadhana, conscious spiritual practice, into your life’s journey.
Sound, gentle movement practices, connection to nature and nourishing food - all an invitation to remember what it feels like to be be in attument with your wholeness, held and replenished by the earth and in the presence of community.
