Classes require bookings
After you come to your first class you can opt to pay and book for the remainder of the term or for an upcoming term by requesting a Term Booking Form in person or by sending through an email to
Other options include:
Unlimited Attendance - on a fortnightly direct debit or prepaid agreement.
Or paying Casual

How to book

VIA TEXT OR IN PERSON:
Casual and last minute attendances not booked online/ through app should be text only to
0404 075 700 at least half an hour before the class start time. They are subject to space being available. No email or Facebook messages, please.
If you can’t book in but can waitlist, please do so. There are continual movements in and out of classes and a spot will more than likely come up. You’ll be advised via email and text message if this occurs. If you no longer want the waitlisted spot, please remove your booking from the class so another student may take advantage of the spot.
Do I need a mat or any equipment?
Due to recent requirements for the health and safety for all, we now require you bring your own yoga mat and props to classes. Additional yoga props that we recommend, if you require extra support for mobility and when in postures are: A yoga block, a blanket/towel, a pillow or cushion.
What should I bring and what should I wear?
In addition to equipment you will need, as detailed in the above question, a bottle of water and a hand towel may be of benefit to you, too.
Wear comfortable gym type clothing that is breathable and comfortable to move in. In cooler months, you may wish to wear a few layers that you can take off as you warm up and put back on during Savasana (meditation and relaxation).
I'm new to Yoga and Pilates, which class should I start with?
We have gentler classes on the timetable that you may feel more comfortable to begin with. If you are reasonably fit and don't have any injures you may wish to try our other Yoga Vinyasa and General level classes which always give options and variations for all levels.
I'm pregnant, can I attend classes?
Unless you are already a regular student of My Yoga Space, you are welcome to attend classes once you are past your first trimester, 13 weeks, and have been given the all clear from your Doctor or Midwife to participate in Yoga.
Can I eat before class?
We recommend that you leave atleast 2 hours between your last meal and starting class.
Where are you located? And where can I park?
We are located in the commercial precinct in Thirlmere, across from Thirlmere Primary School and the tennis courts, next to the Vet and Hairdresser.
How long do your classes run for?
Pilates mat classes: 1 hour
What time should I arrive to class?
Studio doors unlock 15 mins prior to class start time.

Please remove your footwear before entering the studio. Footwear and personal belongings can then be placed inside on the shelving provided.
Please turn your mobile phone off or on Do Not Disturb before class starts. No phones permitted on the studio floor, unless discussed with the instructor.
Please avoid wearing strong perfume to class for everyone's comfort.
Talk to your instructor about any special requirements or new/existing injuries before class starts.
We have a toilet located in the studio, which has room to change in if needed. No showers available at this time.
Terms and Conditions

Classes require bookings to ensure that you have a spot.
If the class is full upon your booking, you will be placed on a watlist and you will be notified by email and text message if a spot becomes available for you.
Term bookings or mid-term bookings are non-refundable, and do not extend to the following term.
Classes begin on time, the studio door is locked or shut to prevent late entries.
Timetable is subject to change, My Yoga Space reserves the right to make changes to the timetable if the unlikely need arises. The studio will give you as much notice as possible if this occurs.
Unlimited Membership students who wish to freeze autopays, must make their request in writing at least 14 days in advance of their next billing date in order for their request to be effective from that date. Unlimited Membership students may elect to freeze their autopay charges at any time in increments of 14 days only.
Unlimited Membership students who wish to cancel their membership, please forward an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 14 days prior to the proposed cancellation date.
Unlimited membership students will be notified if their credit card or debit card account payment fails to authorise for any reason. A $10 late fee may apply if they do not provide a valid credit card or debit account information within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date. The unlimited membership will be deactivated if the account becomes more than 7 calendar days late.
What if I can't make a class that I'm booked in for?

Cancellations are mandatory. If you can’t make a class, please unreserve the same way you booked in via the phone app/the web up a minimum of 2 hours before the class start time (preferred method) or
Text 0404 075 700 up to 24 hours before class start time.
Cancellations outside of these times and avenues will forfeit your class credit.
If you know you can’t attend, please cancel ASAP so another student
can enjoy the spot in class.
Why Do Put This Policy in Place?
We aim to keep our classes affordable and accessible so by encouraging students to self manage bookings as much as possible and putting strict guidelines in place for those who choose not to, it allows you to enjoy classes at a lower price than with almost all other teachers and studios.
