The waves of lifeโฆ
This practice can teach us so muchโฆIt supports us in keeping our awareness open and strong. It helps us breathe space into contraction and confusion. Its wisdom guides us to be anchored upon the milky ocean of consciousness, the waves of the heart-mind field.

Iโve been there recently and in moments before. We are traversing through very different times.
Perhaps this perspective could bring you lightness: the falls, challenges, hurdles and detours are the path too.
Honouring where you are at, to feel what you feel and taking the expectation off yourself is important. Know that the waves are just part of the human experience, part of the ever changing nature of things (these are the Gunas at play).
Constant striving and pushing isnโt sustainable.
How could you tread a little more lightly within yourself and in your own life? I invite you to sit with this inquiry โฆ
Remember to exhale and know you can always return to your practice, itโs there waiting with open-arms ๐คฒ๐ฝ
๐ค Let the practice love you, itโs not there to control you or contain you.
Gently lead yourself back home in ways that nurture and uphold you.
With Love,
Ruth x ๐ค๐
