A Lifelong Practice for Modern Life

Many of us are carrying more than we realise — busy minds, full schedules, emotional load, fatigue, stress and the constant pull of everyday life.

Vedic Meditation offers a simple way to return inward. Not by forcing the mind to be quiet, but by allowing the body to access deep rest and the mind to naturally settle.

This course is an invitation to learn a practice you can carry with you for life — a steady inner refuge, available wherever you are.

What is Vedic Meditation?

Vedic Meditation is a simple, natural and deeply restorative technique that anyone can learn. It requires no concentration, control or effort — just a gentle process of allowing the mind to settle into stillness.

The practice uses a personalised Bija mantra — a sound without meaning — that effortlessly guides the mind into a state of deep rest. From your very first session, you begin to dissolve stress, reset the nervous system and experience calm from within.

Unlike meditation practices that ask you to empty the mind or control your thoughts, Vedic Meditation works with the natural tendency of the mind to move towards greater ease, quiet and rest.

This Course Is For You If:

• You feel constantly tired, even after sleeping.

• Your mind never seems to switch off.

• You feel overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally reactive.

• You’ve tried meditation apps but feel like you can’t “stop thinking".

• You feel disconnected from yourself or stuck in survival.

• Stress is affecting your sleep, health, relationships or happiness.

• You want more clarity, calm, energy, creativity and balance in your life.

•  You’re craving something deeper than just getting through the day.

What the course involves

The course runs over four consecutive days, with each session lasting approximately 1.5 hours.

Across the four days, Kasie will guide you through everything you need to begin practising Vedic Meditation confidently and independently

On the first day, Kasie will perform a brief five-minute Puja — a traditional ceremony of gratitude to the ancient sages who cognised and preserved this wisdom. This ceremony connects your practice to a lineage thousands of years old.

You Will Learn & Recieve:

• Personal instruction in the Vedic Meditation technique.

• How to use your personal Bija mantra.

• How to integrate meditation into your daily routine.

• A clear understanding of how and why the technique works so powerfully

• How deep rest supports the release of stress from the body and nervous system.

• Support to integrate meditation into daily life.

You will be able to return to your teacher for ongoing support.

And you'll have access to a wider community of Vedic meditators, including group meditation opportunities with Vedic Meditation teachers.

This is not a short-term meditation program or app-based technique. It is a lifelong practice, taught in person, with ongoing support available after the course.

The Benefits of  Vedic Meditation

Vedic Meditation offers the body a state of deep rest, allowing accumulated stress to begin dissolving naturally.

With regular practice, many people experience:

A calmer nervous system.

Better sleep.

More energy.

Greater emotional steadiness.

Improved clarity and focus.

Less reactivity.

A deeper connection to self.

More ease in daily life.

This practice is not about becoming “good” at meditation. It is about allowing meditation to support the rest of your life — your relationships, your energy, your wellbeing, your creativity and your capacity to meet life with greater steadiness.
