Have you been thinking about starting yoga but aren’t sure where to begin? Maybe your body feels stiff—tight hamstrings, a sore back, or that lingering tension from long hours at a desk. Or perhaps your mind is craving more calm—tossing and turning at night, carrying stress in your shoulders, running on autopilot. Whatever is drawing you to yoga, you’re in the right place. This course is also perfect for those who like to learn methodically—step by step, with guidance—so you feel confident before joining an open-level class on our timetable. We know how intimidating it can be to try something new (we’ve been there!) and yoga is no exception. You might be concerned about “being the least flexible person in the room” and “the only one who doesn’t know what they are doing” – But here’s the truth: yoga meets you exactly where you are. ✨ You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t have to know the poses. You just have to begin. ✨ This 5-week Beginners Yoga Course is designed to support you from the very first breath. Whether you’re completely new, returning after a break, or looking to build a strong foundation, you’ll move at a steady, accessible pace—learning postures, breath practices and mindfulness. With only 10 spots available, this smaller group setting allows for a welcoming space to grow your practice, free from competition or performance. Cancellation Policy
Class cancellations for BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE: Cancellations are required Up to 1.5 hours prior to class start time each week. Cancellations need to be made ONLINE or via the PHONE APP. If you fail to cancel up to 1.5 hours before class start time, you will forfeit your class credit or payment. A maximum of 2 missed classes can be made up at another regular class on the timetable within 2 weeks of the course finishing. To make up a missed class and be booked into a regular timetable class, please either TXT 0404 075 700 or email info@myyogaspace.com.au Cancellation outside of this minimum time or through any other way will forfeit your payment for the course.
