• Recalibrate your nervous system through soothing sound and stillness
• Feel a sense of co-regulation and shared humanity within community
• Rest deeply through sound healing and Yoga Nidra
• Gently reconnect to the quiet wisdom of the heart
What is mantra meditation...
Mantra meditation is the repetition of sacred sound, often in Sanskrit, such as AUM. Mantras hold specific sound frequencies that have healing or transformative quality. These vibrations help focus the mind, open the heart and invite stillness into the body. AUM—the primordial sound—represents the cycle of creation, preservation and dissolution. When chanted, it harmonises our energy with the pulse of the Universe.

Meet Ruth...
Ruth holds space for others to step into a deeper self-inquiry of their body and soul’s wisdom, whilst guiding them through nourishing conscious movement, breath work and meditative practices.
She came to Yoga whilst experiencing post-natal depression and grief in her first years of motherhood. Yoga, mindfulness, meditation and breath work soon became her baseline and anchor.
Her journey led her to Marma Therapy and Sound Healing and Nāda Yoga (the yoga of sound) through her own self-practice of sound-based and energy management techniques.
She’s passionate about sharing these tools with others where she creates wholesome nourishing spaces to pave the way for one's healing, openness and receptivity.
Ruth channels sound consciously helping others find stillness and deep-rooted relaxation; guiding them to access their own soul's expression and return to wholeness.

What is Sound Healing...
Sound Healing uses resonant vibrations and frequency (through the use of instruments like crystal bowls, chimes and voice) to restore balance to the physical, emotional and energetic bodies. These vibrations gently support the healing responses of the body and shift brainwaves into meditative states, rebalancing the nervous system and inviting a sense of spaciousness, receptivity and inner harmony—each tone a bridge back to stillness, a remembrance of your true nature.
Why 108?
For many, the number 108 is a sacred number. Traditionally, malas or prayer beads, come as a string of 108 beads, and are used for devotional meditation and mantra. With each bead a mantra or prayer is repeated to meet a total of 108. Mathematicians of Vedic culture viewed 108 as a number of the wholeness of existence. There are 108 Marma points (energy points) on the body. There are said to be a total of 108 energy lines (nadis) converging to form the heart cakra….
