Sūrya (Sun) Bija Sound Meditation
A guided chanting practice to gently open the voice and connect with the energising quality of sound.
Through these Sūrya (sun) Bija mantras, you’re invited to explore your voice in a simple, grounded way. This allows the vibration to move through the body, awaken clarity, and bring light to what may feel stagnant.
You can choose to simply listen and receive, or softly chant along. Let this be a space to build a more intimate, trusting relationship with your voice.
The Bija mantras chanted are:
Om Hrām – (Hr-aam , long a as in "father ")
Om Hrīm – (Hr-eem)
Om Hrūm – (Hr-oom)
Om Hraim – (Hr-ah-eem)
Om Hraum – (Hr-ow-m)
Om Hraha – (Hr-ah-ha)
Gong & Rainstick Sound Healing:
Receive the cleansing cascade of rainstick and the expansive waves of gong — a sonic rinse for body, mind and heart, to clear the clutter and awaken inner spaciousness.
Deep Listening Sound Journey:
A gentle sound healing meditation to support rest, release and deep inner listening.
Through the tones of crystal bowls and channeled voice, you’re invited to soften the body, settle the mind, and receive the vibration of sound as it moves through you.
There is nothing to do here. Simply lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself to be held by the sounds.

Self-Inquiry Prompts
You might like to take a moment after listening to reflect or journal, allowing the experience to gently unfold within you.
What did I notice within myself as I listened or sounded — in my body, breath or emotions?
What shifted in me between the beginning and the end of this practice?
If my voice could speak freely, without judgement or holding back… what would it want to express or reveal to me right now?
How might I carry this sense of awareness or resonance into the rest of my day?
