This meditation invites you to foster the essence of loving-kindness and compassion within, inspired by the Buddhist Metta practice; Metta meaning loving-kindness.


When we embody the heart’s wisdom and our innate benevolent nature, we begin to see, honour and appreciate ourselves through a more compassionate and nurturing lens. We cultivate a courageous and joyous heart, allowing life to move through us with a deeper sense of gratitude, and we relate to others in ways of authentic connection, compassion and appreciation.


This is an invitation to receive and offer the vibration of kindness to yourself.
