About the Event

Join us for a 2 hour immersion to gently land the body and heart into rest, presence and support a re-calibration of the nervous system. This is a fruitful opportunity to experience deeper connection to your wholeness and expanse and softness for the heart-mind field.

Yin Yoga postures are more passive postures, mainly on the floor. Yin Yoga is unique, in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscles and move closer to the bone. Therefore offering a deeper access to the body.

This immersion will also embrace Sound medicine.

Be immersed in a soundscape of different sound textures and vibrations to layer over the guided yin practice.

What is Sound Medicine/ Sound Healing?

Sound medicine is a modality that has been used throughout time to support the healing processes within the physical, energetic and spiritual body.

Acknowledgement of Country by Jonathan Hill, a poet living in NSW.

Today we stand in footsteps millennia old. May we acknowledge the traditional owners whose cultures and customs have nurtured, and continue to nurture, this land, since men and women awoke from the great dream. We honour the presence of these ancestors who reside in the imagination of this land and whose irrepressible spirituality flows through all creation.

My Yoga Space pays respect to the Dharawal, Gundangurra and Darug Nations on whose land we live and work.
