Return to a deeper connection with self and the earth with an indigenous smoking ceremony, hands on creative sessions and time spent on the earth...

Reflect amidst the colour of Autumn leaves, bird songs, yoga by the lake, bush walking meditations and channelled sound healing journeys..

All as an invitation to remember what it feels like to be held by the earth and community.

Welcoming Indigenous Smoking Ceremony - Led by Aaron More, community and cultural guide.

Welcoming you to the land and the land to you. 

Morning yoga practice by the lake - guided by Raewyn.

As we leave the warmth of summer and move toward the darker and cooler months we are presented with an opportunity to reflect and shed. Honouring the cycles of nature and how these are mirrored in our own bodies is crucial to self are and living a balanced life. Raewyn will guide you through a movement and breathwork practice to promote introspection and an opportunity to clear away that which no longer serves. Framed with Ayurvedic practices that can be taken off the mat and practiced daily as we embrace our health at the seasonal juncture.

Wholesome Lunch and refreshments provided throughout the day

Creative Session -  Led by Nadine. Creating smudge bundles using dried flowers and white sage and smudging feathers with crystals and gathered feathers from the land. Shared with the true intentions of why we use these natural ceremonial tools.

Bush Walk Meditation - Quiet time for personal reflection and grounding.

Collaborative Earth Alter - As a group coming together to create a sacred earth alter, made using earth elements from the walking meditation

Restorative yoga by the lake and Sound healing journey - guided by Ruth.

Gentle, nourishing yoga and breath practices to soothe and create space within. Here we experience the quality of deep embodied rest and palpable replenishment for the body, heart space and mind. Paving way to spark the rest, digest, rebuild and restore functions of the body, to access our body's intelligence and the deep wisdom of our heart energy.  This will support your state of wholeness as you gain awareness of simple and potent and tools that you can bring into your daily life as move into the introspection of Winter.

Plus a take home gift bag -  to support your reflections and wellbeing into Winter.
