Updated Thursday 24th June:

Masks are now a temporary requirement at the studio.

We are required to wear a mask when on the mat and walking around the studio.

Please find below information about mask wearing, including lawful exemptions for mask wearing. If you have a condition that has you exempt from wearing a mask, please don't hesitate to email us to let me know or let the teacher know upon arrival to your class.

STUDIO SAFETY MEASURES:

  • If you are unwell or in close contact with an unwell person, please do not attend class.

  • Hand sanitiser rubs available at front foyer area and kitchenette. Please use upon entering and exiting and after using tissues. A bin will be provided to dispose of any used tissues.

  • No use of studio mats or props. Please bring your own mats and blocks, and we ask they are sanitised before each recurring use at the studio.

  • No sign-in sheet will be at the front desk. Staff will be recording attendance.

  • Floor markers in the front foyer area indicating appropriate distancing to stand in the front entry area. A few chairs will be made available outside the studio to help you put on/take off footwear before/after class. No stools/benches will be in the foyer. We encourage you to please be patient in entering/exiting the studio to maintain physical distancing. If waiting outside of the building, please be mindful to practice social distancing.

  • Please bring your own water. The water station and cups won't be available at the studio.

  • Floor markers will be on the studio floor space to show the layout of where mats need to be. This will adapt if the 4 square metre restrictions lift.

  • Daily and regular thorough cleaning will be taking place to sanitise and disinfect studio floors, toilet, surfaces, door handles, etc.

  • You will notice some posters on the front doors and around the studio detailing the importance of social distancing, proper hand washing and hand rubbing techniques, cough/sneeze/tissue etiquette and hygiene, etc.

We have deep assurance that we can work together to put our open hearts, best intentions and actions forward in supporting each other's well being, health and safety.

We cannot wait to welcome you into the space, to support you in practice and to share in connection and community with you!
