LATE CANCELLATION OR MISSED APPOINTMENT AGREEMENT
Please provide 24 hours advance notice of any changes or cancellations for your 1:1 appointment, via phone call or text message to 0404 075 700
Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed a $30 cancellation fee.
- If you need to reschedule, there is no fee for the first reschedule. However, any additional changes will incur the $30 +GST fee.
