Service Description
Vinyāsa yoga includes moving through a full range of postures via breath centric movement. These classes often involve postures that are intentionally sequenced to provide a positive effect on the body-mind field. It can at times be dynamic and energetic to increase blood and oxygen flow, release energetic blockages in different body systems, create a felt sense of vitality and spaciousness amongst many other benefits. Static postures are also brought into the practice to foster flexibility, decrease bodily tension, cool the mind and access states of grounded focus. Conscious breath awareness or Prānāyāma is the foundation to the all yoga practice- it deeply connects us our Life Force (Prāna). Movement practice and āsana (postures) are pathways to creating positive affects on the flow of Prāna within and around the body. Our practice ends in a Savāsana- a resting posture that helps to integrate the whole practice and calm the nervous system. These classes are suitable to all levels from beginners to experienced. The focus and rhythm of these open level classes can vary from teacher to teacher. No matter your experience you’ll feel at ease as you move with your own breath and body awareness, in a safe and non-competitive space. There are plenty of options and modifications available and opportunities to slow down or rest as required.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS FOR STUDIO CLASSES: are up to 1 hour prior to class start time. Cancellations need to be made ONLINE or via the PHONE APP. If cancelling outside of the minimum time, please text 0404 075 700 with your full name and the class day/time you are no longer attending. If you fail to cancel up to 1 hour before class start time, you will forfeit your class credit or payment. Please do not cancel classes in any other way other than the above options. Repeat Unlimited Members who fail to cancel may be charged a $10 fee and their regular spots removed. (The phone app can be downloaded via the Appstore or GooglePlay, just search "Fit by Wix" and upon opening the app, enter invite code VWW1KG.) WAITLISTING? If a class is full, you will be invited to book on the Waitlist. (Waitlist bookings can only be done through the phone app and not online). If a spot opens up in the class, the first person on the waitlist receives a NOTIFICATION ON THEIR PHONE , and will have 15MINS TO JOIN the class or pass up the offer before the next person on the waitlist gets the opportunity to join the session. If no one on the waitlist chooses to book the class, the spot becomes open to the general public. Cancellations for PRENATAL YOGA PROGRAM: Up to 1 hour prior to class start time. Cancellations need to be made ONLINE or via the PHONE APP. If you fail to cancel up to 1 hour before class start time, you will forfeit your class credit or payment. Missed classes cannot be transferred to future programs, however you are welcome to join a Yin Yoga or Slow Flow Yoga class where you will be offered prenatal options. These classes are best for pregnant women before 34 weeks. To make up a missed class and be booked in to a Yin or Slow Flow class, please either TXT 0404 075 700 or email info@myyogaspace.com.au Cancellation outside of this minimum time or through any other way will forfeit your payment for the event. If you have any questions, please contact us at: info@myyogaspace.com.au Cancellations or Missed Appointments for 1:1 HEALING APPTS: Please provide 24 hours advance notice of any changes or cancellations for 1:1 appointments, via phone call or text message to 0404 075 700. Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed a $30 cancellation fee.
