Service Description
A steady, breath-led practice designed to cultivate mobility, strength, and inner steadiness—from wherever you are. This class invites you to move through a full spectrum of postures with conscious breath as your guide. Sequences are intentionally crafted to enhance both functional movement and mindful stillness—building strength and mobility, increasing circulation, and gently clearing tension from the body-mind field. At times, the flow may be dynamic and energising—awakening vitality and shifting stagnant energy. Other moments invite you to slow down and settle into longer-held postures that restore flexibility, soothe the nervous system, and draw your awareness inward. Each class concludes in Savāsana, a restful posture to integrate your practice and return to balance. Conscious breath awareness remains the foundation of this class, anchoring the mind and supporting the free flow of Prāna, or Life Force energy, through the body. The combination of mindful movement, breath and intention offers a pathway to inner resilience and clarity. **This Livestream Option Is Best Suited To:** - Students with a regular yoga practice - Those confident in moving with their own breath and body awareness - Those familiar with adapting their practice safely at home *As this livestream runs alongside our in-studio class, the teacher’s primary focus will be with students in the shala. While you’ll be warmly welcomed into the virtual space, individual guidance and modifications will be more limited online. For this reason, we recommend that absolute beginners, pregnant students, or those managing injuries join us in person where we can better support you. If you’ve practiced with us before, you’ll recognise the rhythm, care and intention we offer in every class. And as always, you’re encouraged to move at your own pace, take rest when needed, and meet yourself exactly as you are. *What You’ll Need: - A yoga mat - Cushions, bolsters or pillows - Yoga blocks or folded towels - A blanket - Optional: access to a wall for added support *How It Works: - Upon booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link. You can also access this link under “My Bookings” via our booking app or website. - Please join the online class about 5-10 mins before class starts so the teacher can admit you in from the zoom "waiting room". This way you'll have time to settle in, check your sound and video - If joining from a phone, download the Zoom app beforehand for best results.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for LIVESTREAM Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the class start time. To cancel, please use one of the following methods: 1. Online via our website, OR 2. Using the “Fit by Wix” phone app (download on the App Store and Google Play—search Fit by Wix, and enter invite code VWW1KG when prompted). If you miss the 2-hour cancellation window, please text 0404 075 700 with your full name and the class day/time you're cancelling. Please note: If you cancel less than 2 hours before class, or do not attend, your class credit/payment will be forfeited. Cancellations will only be accepted via the methods listed above.
