108 AUMS, Is our offering to you all, a place where you can sit in the presence of community and heartfelt connection to yourself and others, as we join in the collective chant of 108 AUMS.


A relaxing evening for you to soak up in the cultivation of community and connection as we reach a place of internal calm and presence.


Following our collective chant, you will receive a grounding Reiki, Sound and vibrational healing to assist in the integration of the sacred chant.

The evening will include:
-Welcoming/gathering/opening the space
-Collective chant and offering of 108 AUMS with a set of Mala beads, created for you to take home too.
-Grounded Reiki Healing, - Tanya Moraga
-Sound and Vibrational healing, - Ruth Pirie


* This evening will be by donation of $20 on the day- Bookings Required, please. Book via the button below.
With a 75% of the proceeds going to a local Macarthur charity, yet to be decided.
* No previous yoga, meditation experience is required- All welcome

The evening will be led by Tanya Moraga and Ruth Pirie.

Join Kay for an 5 week course where you will discover how to use these practical tools to live a more harmonious and fulfilling life.

This course is open to all levels including those with no previous yoga experience. Learn how to take these teachings and apply them to your life both on and off the yoga mat.


About your teacher - Kay Callaghan

"I came to yoga because I needed to reconnect with myself, both physically and spiritually after years of living in survival mode. I had always dabbled in yoga on and off over the years. Then, in 2015 I decided to trust myself, follow my heart and undertook my Yoga Teacher Training.

I love yoga because it takes me from living in my head to living in my heart. Living with a back injury, anxiety and depression is challenging and I find that having a daily practise of yoga, brings balance and harmony to my life.

I am passionate about supporting people as they explore what yoga can offer them, both on a physical and emotional level. This is a way of living that supports the whole person. I hope to encourage those of you who may feel overwhelmed and unsure about stepping on the mat, the opportunity to make the first step to wellness. Please join me on this journey of healing and self-discovery.

RESTORative Yoga to Nourish the Body, Mind + Soul.

 

Sometimes in life we need to put a full stop, a pause to the daily grind. Our body craves rest, our mind craves space, our soul craves time to heal and space to simply be without roles and responsibilities.

The body has an intrinsic healing system that knows what to do, when given the chance. This 2 hour session is an opportunity to allow the body to do just that.
 

These workshops will include a nourishing combination of:
: A series of Restorative floor based postures (where the body is supported by an array of props to slowly let go in each posture)
: Some gentle flow through postures to increase mind-body awareness and increase blood flow
: Pranayama and Breath awareness
: Sound Healing
: Channelled Reiki energy with Marma Therapy (gentle Ayurvedic acupressure)
: Support through Essential Oils

 

Open to all ages from 16 years +
Suitable for all levels, no previous yoga or meditation experience necessary.
Suitable for seniors
Suitable for those with challenges around mental health and physical movement.


All equipment provided. If you have your own mat that you'd prefer to use you are welcome to bring it with you.

Living the paradox of most modern women, who seem to have it all and yet are too exhausted to feel joyous and radiant? Do you crave a nurturing space of loving self care? The chance to delve into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda while holding and sharing a uniquely feminine experience with a group of newly found sisters? Then this Ayurveda Goddess Workshop might be just the ‘you time’ you need…

This training is also great for yoga teachers who would like to gain a deeper understanding of Ayurveda and use it in their yoga classes.

 

Improve your diet and digestion in a gentle, nourishing and sustainable way
Balance your hormones and menstrual cycle health
Sit in circle with other women sharing insights and healing practices together
Practice meditation, yoga nidra (deep relaxation), pranayama and chanting
Learn how to best support your unique constitutional type
Experience essential oils, spices and herbal remedies for your unique conditions and constitution
Practice some ancient Ayurvedic rituals such as pinchu (oil compress on the forehead) and kidney hot compress treatments (we will do these treatments on each other).


This workshop is part sacred immersion into the teachings (practice) and part information gathering and lecture format (education). You will leave feeling refreshed, re-balanced and ready to share what you have absorbed.
