This course is open to all levels including those with no previous yoga experience. Learn how to take these teachings and apply them to your life both on and off the yoga mat.
About your teacher - Kay Callaghan
"I came to yoga because I needed to reconnect with myself, both physically and spiritually after years of living in survival mode. I had always dabbled in yoga on and off over the years. Then, in 2015 I decided to trust myself, follow my heart and undertook my Yoga Teacher Training.
I love yoga because it takes me from living in my head to living in my heart. Living with a back injury, anxiety and depression is challenging and I find that having a daily practise of yoga, brings balance and harmony to my life.
I am passionate about supporting people as they explore what yoga can offer them, both on a physical and emotional level. This is a way of living that supports the whole person. I hope to encourage those of you who may feel overwhelmed and unsure about stepping on the mat, the opportunity to make the first step to wellness. Please join me on this journey of healing and self-discovery.

RESTORative Yoga to Nourish the Body, Mind + Soul.
Sometimes in life we need to put a full stop, a pause to the daily grind. Our body craves rest, our mind craves space, our soul craves time to heal and space to simply be without roles and responsibilities.
The body has an intrinsic healing system that knows what to do, when given the chance. This 2 hour session is an opportunity to allow the body to do just that.
These workshops will include a nourishing combination of:
: A series of Restorative floor based postures (where the body is supported by an array of props to slowly let go in each posture)
: Some gentle flow through postures to increase mind-body awareness and increase blood flow
: Pranayama and Breath awareness
: Sound Healing
: Channelled Reiki energy with Marma Therapy (gentle Ayurvedic acupressure)
: Support through Essential Oils
Open to all ages from 16 years +
Suitable for all levels, no previous yoga or meditation experience necessary.
Suitable for seniors
Suitable for those with challenges around mental health and physical movement.
All equipment provided. If you have your own mat that you'd prefer to use you are welcome to bring it with you.
