We have been providing Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and a variety of wellness offerings to the Wollondilly community since 2014.
Our classes and events are inclusive and encouraging, our community is friendly and welcoming.
We deeply acknowledge the Sovereign First Nations people of the land we are so privileged meet upon - Dharawal Country; and we honour the presence of Ancestors and Elders present and emerging.​

At My Yoga Space we acknowledge the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy and all our teachers past and present who have passed down this ancient wisdom throughout time.
Our classes, workshops and events explore how yoga philosophy, mindfulness practices and meditation can be applied to modern day life. It is our hope that we inspire and empower you to take the principles of the practice into your daily life to find internal balance and enrich your everyday experiences, paving the way for you to live more open and fully in the present moment.
